Very disappointed that it was closed today when I drove all the way there. Sign says Sat: 10-4. I got there at 2:50pm. I tried calling a couple times with no answer. I was really looking forward to going because of all the great reviews.

Went to pick up a quilt this week . Therese did an Amazing job on it and I was extremely happy with the results! She is so friendly and helpful. I bought some other fabric for another quilt and she was so helpful, found me some perfect fabric for my project! Have another quilt ready for her to do her magic on and I need More fabric for another one I’m working on. Going back tomorrow if she is open. Oh and her quilting prices are great! Also want to sign up for the yearly discount. Thanks Therese!
I like this shop because it has lots of fabrics for the space available. The owner has batiks, a whole room devoted to seasonal fabrics and a clearance room. A shopper can purchase a $15 one year subscription and get extremely good discounts on all the fabric including clearance. This fabric shop is located in the owner's basement on a lovely farmette west of Woodstock, IL. It is advised to call ahead to make sure the shop is open. The only detraction is that the shop is not handicap accessable.
