Always helpful and informative, have bought many products here over the years
The owner is so friendly and will give you all of the information you could ask for. The shop has all the stock you could need, of things that aren't sold in big retail stores even. Have to reiterate how lovely the owner is!
Don't buy stuff from this place. Stuffs are overpriced and rude young lady (long haired) at the cashier
I have shopped here many many times over the years and have always been impressed by the knowledge the owner and staff have on every single product they stock. The service is always lovely. (to the person who claimed to feel “profiled” when they entered the shop - these days of high shoplifting, shop staff have no choice other than to watch customers closely…. if you’re not doing anything wrong what does it matter.)
I bought two large platters from Maxwell & Williams about three months ago, and after just one wash in the dishwasher, faint lines appeared on the surface that look like cracks. It’s very disappointing because they now look damaged despite minimal use. When I went back to the store, the staff member immediately told me there was nothing they could do once the items had been bought and used.
