You were wrong. It clearly says outside of those hours. Your lack of reading comprehension and weird belief that waiting for your appointment inside of the building where you booked your appointment would get you trespassed. Yes, I was 2 minutes late. Listen, I just left this man's table and I do not want to go to the gym for a week. The entire experience for me was spiritual. This is my birth month and I am preparing my body for my 40's. I felt the release of years of stored pain (physical and emotional). The use of frankincense and shea butter made this culturally relevant where many places would not dare use this.
