I wanted to buy a parakeet and went to “That Pet Place” in Lancaster, Pa. On 2-18-2023 at about 9:15 a.m. to see what they had. I could barely see the parakeets because there is a black screen and a layer of cloudy plastic in front of the cage. I asked the employee if I could come into the room and take a closer look.
