I have had several treatments now at TFP, microneedling with Michelle and PRP with Cass. From the girls at reception to the clinicians, the whole team were friendly, warm, and knowledgeable. Would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely a rip off. I originally spoke to Zoey (nurse) about having lower part of face done. All OK. I was then talked into whole face as otherwise it would not look right. I had the "CO2" laser. My friend came into room with me as we had researched the laser treatments on Google, they showed before during and after. It was confronting but I was prepared and willing to go ahead.
