Very disappointed. Communication is terrible! I had troubles with scheduling with her from the beginning. Had my appointment booked for over a month and she canceled the day before saying she had her other job to go to all weekend so I had to reschedule which was really really inconvenient. I had to ask her for some type of discount for the inconvenience which she didn’t seem like she wanted to give me. Awful - she does not respond! We did a mini session months ago and not only are the backend fees MUCH higher than multiple other photographers I’ve used but she is unresponsive. I’m so sad that we will likely not get our photos in the end. Terrible when photos are precious memories. Use someone who is more reliable. Edited: Thank for the response! Just so you know your email did not come through if you did send it and I definitely did not ask for anything for free. Just wanted to clear that up.
Lacy is an amazing photographer. She captured the very essence of our boys and added some magic to their Christmas season. She is very professional and produced quality images timely. Highly recommend.
Lacy has taken our pictures multiple times now. She’s so fun and brings such good energy to our session! My boys adore her and have the best time letting her take their pictures, and since they are teens we all know what an accomplishment that is! Good things take time and she is always upfront about her turnaround times! Our family will continue to use Lacy for years to come! The next generation is just around the corner here for us too!
