Experienced such great service from start to finish dealing with Zane who went above and beyond for what I was after and getting it to me. Will certainly shop with The Bali Shop again.

I ordered a mattress cover and after 24 hours enquired when it would be shipped as the site said delivery in 2 to 8 days. They immediately got annoyed, said it wasn't in stock and refunded me without consultation about whether I'd wait longer (I would have - I just wanted clear communication). Got annoyed with me for asking about it. If it's not in stock it's a bit off to say delivery in 2 to 8 days and then get annoyed with your customer.
I needed a Buddha for my foyer area and Zane and Lee were so helpful in sourcing the perfect statue. I am thrilled with my statue and the delivery was seamless. A wonderful family business if you need to source beautiful Balinese statues and homeware.
