I encountered a very stressful situation where I was rear ended three times by the same person with a bad case of road rage. When all was said and done on the side of the road, the officer wrote me a ticket. I contacted Tharrington Smith and spoke with Lacy Henson. I have had a wonderful experience working with Lacy Hansen! She has helped me twice now, most recently by getting my case dismissed after I was in a really bad car accident at the end of September. She spent time on the phone with me and was very patient, knowledgeable, and personable. She frequently followed up with emails and is always very responsive and easy to get ahold of. I highly recommend working with Lacy if you need it!
I had the least professional experience of my life working with Lacy Hansen at Tharrington Smith regarding a speeding ticket I received last year. I wouldn’t recommend using the firm to handle any legal matters, given the lack of ability I experienced over just a speeding ticket. Hate to leave a bad review anywhere, but prospective clients deserve to be cautioned.
Ms. Lacy Hansen helped us tremendously. She is professional and made the whole situation easy to understand. She worked effectively and efficiently to resolve our matter. Highly recommend her!
