Paid for 30 minutes and only received 18 minutes. She clearly didn't want to give me a massage anyway, as most of the massage couldn't even be described as even light pressure despite her asking and me choosing hard pressure.
Loved my massage today! Super relaxing vibe, friendly therapist, and I walked out feeling lighter and refreshed. Can’t believe how much tension melted away.
I'm Michelle. I've had massages here more than 10 times; the massage techniques are very skilled. I don't believe the staff would take the wallet and swipe the card themselves.
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!! While I was waiting for a therapist, someone can into the room and took my clothes which had my wallet. When no one came back I got up to find out what was going on. I found the staff at the register with all my cards out on the counter. They charged every card in my wallet, without my consent. I have filed charges with the police and disputes with all my financial institutions.
Been there 9 times. Always great. Very nice and professional. Work all the knots out every time.can’t wait till the 10th one.
