I've put off visiting this place due to the negative reviews. However, I finally tried it and it's a really good place for swimming. Lane swim is set up great. All staff who I have spoken to have been really friendly and professional. On my first visit the lady on reception even offered to lend me a pound for the lockers!!!! I find the changing rooms clean and tidy. I'm so glad I finally have a great local place to swim.

Very dirty. Gym floors, mats and changing rooms not cleaned regularly. Zero functional gym lockers.

The changing rooms were very unclean - especially the baby changing tables which had excroment on them and layers of dust and grime. I reported it at reception and highlighted that I had seen comments complaining about the dirty changing rooms online and it was clear that the baby changing facilities were not being cleaned regularly. Me and my friend went in there and they refused to let us in the pool because we had a bikinis on and we had to get a refund we travelled 1hr to get there we were so sad that they didn't let us in so went there for no reason we are both15 I don't know what the problem is.

No one on reception another member of the public had to locate someone. The man that turned up was very lack lustre and couldn’t give a toss. Then the boiler was broken on the swimming pool so we couldn’t swim anyway. They need to put some effort in at this place it feels very much like it’s being left to decline.
