I do not know who the person that wrote that Herb Thayler is a scam artist is. unless he is somebody that was sued by Mr Thayler and lost, which is pretty much everybody that he sues. I own a commercial colletion agency in Florida, and I have worked with Herb Thayler for over 20 years, I cannot think of even ONE instance that I turned a debtor in the Baltimore area over to his office for suit that he has not recovered my client's money on.
