I walked in without an appointment, filled out the paperwork, and when I was about to go back, I asked to pay first. I was told to wait until after the massage. About an hour later (based on my Google Timeline), I came out and was charged $195. When I asked for a receipt, I wasn’t given one. I looked through all of their listed packages afterward, and none of them match what I was charged.
