Having read some recent reviews i was a little unsure about making a booking but i was in the area for business and having had a long journey and a busy few day's ahead i made the call. It was early, so i was not expecting to get booked in straight away but to my surprise, the call was answered and i was booked in for 10.00am. I think the ladies name was Anika. The owner is rude and the phone number is hers and she doesn’t even work there so If you need to contact the salon you can’t you have to speak to her and she is very rude don’t know what professionalism is without listening she puts the phone down and don’t pick up after.

I booked massage at thaiangels birmingham jewellry quarter. The lady on the phone was really nice, she booked and i went to my massage. The massage was really good, helped me with my back pain.and feeling relaxed and i had the best good night sleep in ages overall the place is nice ,clean. Massage is best in birmingham. I will rebook again and will recommende to friends and family .
