Worst massage I've had in about 5 years. Got a 15-minute neck and shoulders. The masseuse was evidently new, as their technique was non-existent. No intent or effort to their movements, just randomly pushing on my neck with their fingers. The shop needs to train their staff before charging customers money for experiences like this.
Strange experience during a couples massage where the two masseurs ruined it by giggling and laughing to each other throughout. Emailed management to complain but no response, hence this review. Disappointing.
