First time here, had Yuki for a 60 minute deep tissue, she bailed the main area of focus, with spots up and down the chain, as well as a spot or 2 I didn't even realize needed work. Ginger tea at the end.
I had a Thai stretch and it was really good. The stretch was effective, helped loosen everything up, and I felt much better afterward. Definitely worth it.
I have been going here since pre-pandemic. Every one of the practitioners is amazing... ESPECIALLY Isabel! She is super sweet, knowledgeable, and an expert in the Thai massage field. Any time I have had any back pain (from sleeping in the wrong position or stress), Isabel knows exactly which parts to focus on. The atmosphere is so peaceful and each time I leave so relaxed and ready to conquer the day :)
You'd be hard pressed to find a better place for rest and relaxation. They will listen carefully to what you want out of your experience and then deftly deliver.

I have had monthly 2-hour Thai massages with the team at TTBY (Phillip, Na, Yoki) for the last three years - driving 30-45 minutes from DC to their lovingly decorated space in Falls Church.
