Mary is amazing! I always feel so loose and light after. She uniquely blends what I like about Thai yoga massage with her own delightful twist. I always find the conversation interesting, and it helps take my mind off the discomfort of some pressure points (which bring immediate relief to aches and tightness!). Mary uses her hands, elbows, forearms, feet, etc like no one else to melt away the tension. It feels incredible!
