I got a voucher to come here and wow it was the best massage I ever had. You can tell they have so much knowledge about what they are doing. I will definitely be back soon

1 star is already too generous. Terrible front desk attitude. Waited forever for a mid massage and heard her telling someone on the phone she’s too busy to tell them what available times she had for the rest of the day lol.
Probably the worst service I’ve had in Melbourne. After paying via bank transfer and showing the paid screen, I was accused of faking the transaction despite the owner/receptionist taking my phone and checking. Insisted she needed a copy of my transactions which I showed her but still she was not happy. Tried to send her a copy of the transaction but she got frustrated she didn’t know how to access it on her phone.
