After reading the reviews, I almost didn’t come. However my partner & I really wanted a last minute massage & the lovely lady in reception was able to fit us in. I was very grateful to have been massaged by a Japanese therapist, Namoni (not sure of the spelling). She was incredible! I am very particular with my massages but her technique & pressure was perfect. My partner also received a brilliant massage so we walked away very happy. I wouldn’t recommend this place. The therapist was friendly, but the massage itself was very poor. Her long nails repeatedly dug into my skin, which was uncomfortable and unpleasant. Overall, one of the worst massages I’ve had.
My partner and I have been many times this year and every time we have had a great massage and lovely service. The place is really clean, the staff are very attentive, and the atmosphere is nice and relaxing. The promotions are great too. Would definitely recommend!
