I am local and have had quite a few massages here. Yesterday I paid for an hour relaxation massage. For the last 10 minutes of my massage the lady spent 9 minutes on one side of my neck whilst on her phone (with her other hand), forgetting she was in the middle of a massage, not concentrating, and about 1 minute on the other-side my neck, then rushed out 5 mins early. I wanted to say something, but no one was there when I was leaving.

🫶 My neck has been super bad including shoulder/back muscles, so I booked a Deep Tissue massage - firm Emika was brilliant… absolutely what I needed I’ve had many massages requesting firm, elsewhere, and not every therapist does this well. Emika did a great job as all the pain and tension has gone Thank you 🤩 🫶
