Our complaint wasn’t taken seriously by the owner. Not all of the workers here are trained in giving a proper massage. You can roll the dice and see if you get a good one, but it’s not worth the money if you want it guaranteed. And if you make a complaint, the owner will tell you that you are banned from coming back.
So generally speaking this place is a good massage parlour. A lot of the staff are educated therapists. I’ve been going here for just over a year. Sadly I’ve had a few massages to which it was obvious the staff were not trained and they didn’t know what they were doing. I recently had a very very poor massage to which I believe the staff member had no training and I stopped the massage as it was awkward and uncomfortable (slipping off the muscles, same stroke with uneven pressure for 5 minutes). Have been a customer here for years. It once was very good. No more. The therapist are now hit and miss. Some amazing, some I feel have had 0 training. If you do get a good one no point asking thier name as they do not allow you to request. You get who you get. The final straw is advertising one price and now charging $5! EFTPOS sir charge.
