I booked in for a massage the day before to make sure I got the time I wanted. On the day of the massage no one was there and she said i didn't confirm when I did.

Tried calling to book in, never calls back, also tried calling in twice with the open sign on the door, and it being locked and closed. If only via appointment then highly suggest a sign being placed up.
