Go back in time 10 years; I tore my iliotibial(IT)band running 6 miles with an 80lb ruck sack in the Marine Corps. I wasn't able to walk for 3 weeks, and hadn't run the same ever since. Fast forward to this past weekend; my brother in law and I drove from Florida to NYC, and I drove 9 straight hours. Went for deep tissue massage recently and was not effective, therapist wasn’t trained well.They changed to a different therapist and she wasn’t effective too. Went by good reviews but wasted my time there!
