I visited Thai Senses Massage & Spa in Gladesville but didn’t enjoy my experience as much as I had hoped. The space is clean and welcoming, and the staff are polite, but communication could be clearer—especially when it comes to pricing. They were unclear about the costs and wouldn’t tell me upfront, which made the process overly complicated. In the end, I decided to go elsewhere, where the prices were similar but clearly communicated. Transparency makes a big difference, and I hope this improves in the future.
