Went in there requesting a shoulder neck and upper back massage and now on day two I am unable to move my neck left to right, up or down.. they have pinched a nerve so badly I haven’t been in this much pain before. Would never recommend coming here.. horrible place!
After requesting a 20 min massage, I was told I needed a 45 min massage as i was so tight. We spent some time discussing exactly what area of my back would and would not be covered as I only agreed to increase to 30 mins. They then charged me an extra 4% as I paid by card & not cash. Will never go there again & don’t recommend them.
I walked out of the appointment early due to the quality
