The service is very bad, your staff is very unhelpful. I asked a total of 4 staff and they only gave me the number without showing me where the item is and when I asked to show me where the item is, they ignored me.
Terrible service. The salesperson asks customers to take the items out of the basket themselves. Other stores have salespeople doing it, only you ask customers to do that. Why don't you switch to self-service checkout and you can all quit your jobs and stay home?
