An absolute professional. Many times, when you get massages, you receive a general, scripted massage. Here, I was asked about my ailments and she customized the massage to my specific needs. She also made every effort to make me as comfortable as possible. She also didn't try to upsell me or offer me any "special deals". There also wasn't any pressure to give a bigger tip, but the experience is definitely worth considering giving a better tip.
