My back was so locked up and spasming before my appointment last with Seeny I could barely move. After one hour of firm (not painful) massage and stretches I walked out feeling amazing. I went in with so much tension in my neck and shoulders I could barely turn my head and by the end I felt lighter, looser, and honestly just… better. The lady who worked on me was phenomenal.
