I booked a one-hour massage specifically for neck pain and explained this to the therapist. Unfortunately, very little focus was given to my neck, which was disappointing as it was the whole reason for my visit. The session also finished after 50 minutes rather than the full hour (a fact I didn't realise until I was dressed and had come out). The massage itself was okay, but overall it didn’t meet my needs, so I don’t plan to return.
