Beware: Misleading Membership Tactics & Poor Customer Service I had a fantastic massage therapist at this location (the one super star is for her!), so I kept booking sessions with them. Seeing the quality, I was persuaded to purchase a 20-session membership, thinking I’d continue receiving the same great service. Huge mistake. Avoid Thai Body Works in Tustin! Poor communication, unhygienic conditions, and a rude staff made for a terrible experience. The therapist was unqualified, and my scheduled time was cut short despite arriving early. Overall, unprofessional and disappointing service. There's a very devastating customer experience and low-quality communication which ends up very rude with customers. Not Recommended.
Once I stepped through the door of Thai Body Works in Tustin I thought I was back in Thailand. The Thai decor throughout is absolutely beautiful, the only thing missing was the smell of burning incense. I got a massage from Jean, a little Thai dynamo who had me stretched like a pretzel into positions I didn't think I could still get into.
