Went to spa at 10am as they said they are open. Waited for about 20mins. No one came. Dissapointed. Even the sign said we are open. Called the number a few times no answer - just voice mail..

I had a deeply disappointing experience with my massage today. The therapist applied excessive pressure without warming up, used one hand for most of the session, and her techniques felt careless. Despite expressing discomfort multiple times, she continued with painful and unskilled movements, especially with her elbows along my spine and pressure on nerves in my shoulders and ribs. Great massage, simple and professional. They make an effort to checkin during the massage to see if too rough or not enough. Good value and good hygiene. They also have private health cover available.
