11/10 Amazing service from Amy! I came in with painful shoulders and back, and this turned out to be the best massage I've ever had in my life. Amy was incredibly kind and attentive throughout. She regularly checked in to make sure the pressure was right and adjusted it based on how I was feeling. I could tell she was fully present and conscious of my comfort the entire time, and I absolutely loved that. Thanks Amy! I will be back for sure shortly.

I went here for a massage and ended up with a painful neck injury. They initially agreed to refund me and asked for my bank details, but never actually sent any payment. All my calls were ignored, and then they demanded a medical certificate. As soon as I got one and asked for their email to send it, they ghosted me again. Completely unprofessional—avoid this place if you value your safety.

We lived in Holland Park West and have previously been to other massage services in the area. Today I was in real need of a massage so was calling around; this was the only place with availability and I was allocated to Elise for my treatment. I was a little put off, initially, by the massage being in a 'house' but once you get past that, and get into the actual service, this is exceptional!
