Thad Wise and his team did an excellent job leading us to the purchase of our first home. They did an excellent job handling the financing and communication between ourselves, the agent, and the seller. He even offered us multiple buying scenarios to fit what we first thought we were going to need and extra to fit what the buying situation ended up needing. Overall I would recommend Thad and his team to anyone!
