I hired Thad to fight my husband's case! All he did was talk about the petitioners attorney, about how he went to school with her and how he grew up with her. He did nothing to help my husband's case. But only to help keep him out of jail. I don't care if it's the mother or the father. They don't follow the parenting plan and then go after the other for reimbursement for their mess up. It's a fight that needs to happen not help force my husband to pay for the debts they made. Thad has very little interest in his clients. He is not a reliable Attorney. As a lawyer he should listen to what his clients have to say to win their case. A simple parenting plan is not that hard of a case when the petitioner has so much evidence and ask for drug screening to end the whole what's the best interest in the child. He does not listen to anything you have to say and thinks by giving 50/50 care for the children would be best. Hmm, no not when the defendant has no means to care for the children and uses drugs. Thad is as helpful as he is knowledgeable. He made a difficult process into a simple one for myself and my family. He was easily accessible when we needed him and always friendly.
I can't say enough about this man, other than he's phenomenally awesome!! He represented me in a order of protection case, and got me out of the trouble that I kind of got myself into. This is the guy that you definitely want to come into the courtroom for you to represent you, is not cheap, but at the end of the day you don't want to cheap lawyer representing you.
He is very unreliable had a phone appointment with him and when I called him he was very hateful so I hired Karen Krause Bill so far awesome service
