I recommend Thacker and Mulvihill to anyone in an auto accident. Greg Thacker not only advised me how to work with my insurance company to protect my rights, but he helped me fight and win in traffic court, avoiding points and penalties for 2 traffic tickets and one was not even related to my accident. He also scheduled the court hearing and helped me satisfy everything at the courthouse. No traffic school, no points on my license and no conviction. I fought the law with Greg Thacker and we WON!

These guys get it done. Went to a firm in my city who then gave the case to Thacker and Mulvihill. That was the best thing that could happen to me. Until these guys took over I was getting nowhere. Had opposing counsel who tried to play games and lie about availability and Thacker and Mulvihill didn’t buy it. They caught the attorney in a lie and forced them to resolve the case. Best lawyers in Florida in my opinion. They go above and beyond and don’t treat you like just another case number. Thank You!!
