Love this place!! It looks amazing 🤩 The staff are all really great — super friendly and professional. I always feel amazing after my sessions, it’s such a game-changer for sports recovery! Highly recommend TH7!
I attended the Cleveland location and was greeted and attended with such kindness and care. I enjoyed the Express protocol where I actually stuck out 5 minutes in the cold tub!! I completed my day with Red Light Therapy and the results were blissful. I'm excited for my next protocol and the results of my commitment. Thanks team!!
Great place to recover, affordable pricing compared to city cave and amazing customer service.
Amazing recovery centre. They have been very good with adjusting bookings and making the experience really enjoyable. I highly recommend the sauna slushy whilst you’re in the sauna.
Great experience at TH7 West End and a really helpful and knowledgeable team. Good atmosphere and definitely helps any sore muscles with my go to being the Nordic protocol
