I could not recommend this place enough. Was sceptical at first, but what an amazing experience. Brandi and the team on sunday at the Mt Gravatt site were very welcoming and informative. I walked out as a member and will be making this a ritual every sunday. I could try. Recommended TH7 to my friends and family.
The guy with the glasses who works Sunday’s (sorry we don’t know his name) has been very helpful, He was able to help us move a booking around with little notice & he’s always friendly making my partner & I feel so welcome The facility is great & so if the staff! We love doing the Infrared sauna and the leg compressions!
