This is my "go-to" neighborhood hardware store. Every time I have needed help finding something or advice on what would work, someone there has readily and cheerfully provided it. It is easier and faster getting in and out of this store, plus it's in a convenient location right off highway 71 in Bella Vista.
I stopped at the store to drop off my UPS package. As soon as I got in the door, one of the employees asked if he could help. He walked my package to the back of the store for me and brought back the receipt. They are always so nice and helpful.
Shannon spent a whole hour this morning working with me to make sure I had all the right stuff for a deck I’m building. Top notch customer service, definitely head here instead of going to Lowe’s
