It was an absolute pleasure working with TGM Global. Tatiana was extremely professional and my documents were apostilled and returned in a timely manner. That’s all anyone could ever ask for!!!
I had a terrible experience, specifically w someone named Tatiana. I sent over some documents I needed notarized and apostilled, she reviewed and we discussed on a call, at which point Tatiana gave me a quote and we scheduled an appointment. The next day I arrive for my appointment and got told that TGM cannot help after all, they didn’t like some of the wording - which ok, fine, but why didn’t they say anything when we reviewed together on a call? I was lucky enough to be able to have my mom unseal her adoption records for a dual citizenship case, which is extremely rare.
