Don't waste your day here. The worst place that I saw in my life for delivery! Rude people, unprofessional and lazy! Avoid this place and let them to close this place better for humanity!!!
One of the worst places to be for a pick up. More than 5hr waiting time to get loaded i wonder how places like this are still in truck buisness 🤣
If I could zero stars, I would. The couple times we used them, we had a high percentage of lost shipments. Our admin reached out about an accounting error and was told that our company does not owe money. Their collections agency does not communicate with their accounting agency as we continue to receive demand letters for payment. We have wasted a lot of man hours on this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Was notified on a Wednesday that my shipment had arrived at the St. Louis Terminal and the tracking information stated the package was to be delivered the following day (Thursday). I paid an employee to sit at the delivery address with a machine to unload it for 10 hours before finally calling, to which they said the shipment wasn't coming today and that somebody from the terminal would call me....spoiler alert....they never did.
