Our experience with TFWW has gone from a 5 to a 1 Star review in less than a week. A representative, who I thought had control of our situation not only dropped the ball, but seems to have tossed it aside. The result of speaking with John Baker has been nothing short of disappointing. We discussed an accountant Kevin Mitchell who's practices are beyond agressive and as a result I've had to call in about him to discuss it. Been on hold for 30 min and 45 sec. To track down a package. Unbelievable! While waiting i am reading the reviews. Oh, geez.. what a terrible company. Mike straight lied to me.
Absolute garbage company and carrier. Customer service is nonexistent and you get bounced around 4 different numbers to get told the same BS. What carrier has no one around to answer the phone in the middle of the business day during the week? Pathetic Their online tracking is sham too, doesn’t work and just keeps auto updating with no actual ETA on arrival.
