TFORCE opened my mail illegally, took my $300CAD Rare Doll out and handled her. i would give ZERO stars if I could. bs service company.
If I could leave negative stars, I would. T-Force has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They repeatedly told me to “call back in a few hours” without providing any updates. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was given the runaround. I placed my order at the beginning of December, expecting it to arrive before Christmas so I could gift it—but clearly, I was wrong. Do yourself a favor: avoid T-Force for shipping at all costs. This company is nothing but a headache.
Multiple attempted deliveries at 10pm to a business address, poor online tracking system, poor professionalism. Would not recommend.
