Ali from TForce was amazing! It was one of the rare times a delivery and a later pick-up were both early/on-time. He had great communication to let me know he was nearby and he was super helpful throughout the whole process. Ali made the experience as smooth as can be!
Awful service. Useless customer service. DON'T USE IT!!!!!
These people can’t find my house with a correct and full address. You can find it on Google and Apple Maps very easily but they seem to think I’ve given them the wrong address. I’m writing this 5 days past the expected delivery date and still have not received my package or an option to pick it up. Customer service is utterly useless. I’m not sure how this company is still in business with all the other fantastic couriers around. I hope I never have to deal with these people again.
