The driver responsible for my final delivery from an online purchase to my address in Fort McMurray contacted me and said it was not worth his time to deliver the package. Instead, he asked me to pick up the package at his residence. When I explained that I was away and unable to do so, he became unpromptedly rude on the phone and said he was sending back my package to the sender. WORSSTTTTTTTT DELIVERYYYYY PARTNERS. They said they attempted the delivery, while i was checking their location which comes on the app, he was 35kms away from my place, within seconds he said i attempted and will reattempt now. I havent received my parcel although yet. But why lie man, whats the point. What a disgusting service

Takes literal weeks to get from 4 hours away. Constantly lie about delivery dates keep pushing back dates. Customer service will ignore you after the first time you ask
