These company is incompetent. They hold your item hostage and have no regard for people’s time and money. I ordered a salon sink and it has been sitting in their loading dock for days. I’ve called every day to get it delivered, but they keep giving me the runaround with no clear answers or accountability. This carrier will not pick up your freight and will miss it for several days without giving you a reason why. They have a policy for cross-border USA shipments that suggests they won't even attempt to pick up and won't let you know for multiple days if your customs documents are submitted incorrectly or have not been cleared properly. Industry standard would either inform the customer about the documents or suggest there was a reason they couldn't pick up for 4-5 days. You get stuck at door for forever. Time isn’t valued. Security doesn’t answer call, if call goes through long wait with repetitive messages, security answered and said “door is opening”, ended the call but door doesn’t open. Waited on another call for 5 minutes.
