You get stuck at door for forever. Time isn’t valued. Security doesn’t answer call, if call goes through long wait with repetitive messages, security answered and said “door is opening”, ended the call but door doesn’t open. Waited on another call for 5 minutes.
Poor customer service. I got promised 2x that my package will be rerouted to a new address as requested but they still delivered it in the wrong address. When I called again to mention this, they just keep telling me to call back after 3-4hrs coz they will see if they can retrieve the packaged. Just to note, the 5 customer service agents I talked to have communication issues, so I am not sure if they are from a call center outside of Canada where English is not the 1st language. Tell your drivers to do an inspection before start!!!! No brake light is not acceptable
