This carrier will not pick up your freight and will miss it for several days without giving you a reason why. They have a policy for cross-border USA shipments that suggests they won't even attempt to pick up and won't let you know for multiple days if your customs documents are submitted incorrectly or have not been cleared properly. You get stuck at door for forever. Time isn’t valued. Security doesn’t answer call, if call goes through long wait with repetitive messages, security answered and said “door is opening”, ended the call but door doesn’t open. Waited on another call for 5 minutes.

Poor customer service. I got promised 2x that my package will be rerouted to a new address as requested but they still delivered it in the wrong address. When I called again to mention this, they just keep telling me to call back after 3-4hrs coz they will see if they can retrieve the packaged. Just to note, the 5 customer service agents I talked to have communication issues, so I am not sure if they are from a call center outside of Canada where English is not the 1st language.
