I wish I could give zero star
The next time I order something from the USA I will tell them specifically.Not to use this company . The literally lied to me on the phone saying, my package has now cleared customs. When the broker gave me the clearance number, the day before and now saying 3 day drive from Detroit to Toronto. So I will probably not see my package for 4 days late arriving.
The package was delivered, as I can see in the proof photo, but they just threw it in front of my house, where anyone could easily pick it up. What's even more unprofessional is that I was home between 12:00 to 5:00pm when they delivered it; nobody rang the doorbell. I also have a large sign that's visible from a distance saying "Leave the package inside the white door," since the door isn't closed.
