Told package was delivered but wasnt. Reached out to T-Force, got notification that shipper has a shortage, and it not on them, despite saying delivery was shipped a week ago. I contacted the shipper, who informed me that there is no shortage, and the package has been awaiting pick up by T-Force for a week and may have to cancel my order if they dont pick it up soon. Contacted T-Force again, no reply. I will never use this company in the future.

Well I didn’t even want to give this terrible company a one star….I ordered something from the US DHL contacted me with the tracking which was great….then to my shock they sent it to T-Force….I’ve had issues with them before….so I watched the tracking and as usual I called and got the run around….spoke to 7 people in one week…4 different phone numbers to call… got all the excuses… access denied….it was to a house…no signing no door code….but they are so stupid….finally in the last week (which took me 2 weeks) I called DHL an... read more

They put my parcel in the wrong warehouse. My parcel got stuck there for a week and still no response from any of them. They have the worst tracking system worst customer service and I can’t wait the day they shut down in Canada, so no one will suffer from their stupidity.
