Bought a Mattel Creations Exclusive Collectors Barbie that costed nearly $300CAD, TForce delivered my order NOT within the Mattel Creations Labelled Box, delivered it in an unlabelled, ripped open, dirty box and they also opened my doll (they didn’t even wash their hands before touching the doll box or the damn doll)🚨 DO NOT USE TFORCE FOR YOUR DELIVERIES.🚨 i would give 0 stars if i could. Mattel only gave me a $125CAD refund for TFORCE ILLEGALLY opening and handling my package.

this is the first time i’m writing a google review; but i had a horrible experience w this company. their customer service team doesn’t respond in a timely manner and basically lie to you. i needed a package shipped by a certain day and called a week in advance and they told me it would be shipped to me on a certain date.
