I’ve tried contacting them multiple times, but they never respond and they hang up on my calls. I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered within 3 to 6 business days, and it’s now been over 2 weeks and I still haven’t received it. I had to reach out directly to the company where I made the purchase so they could get in touch with this delivery company and finally get some follow-up on my package. If you can, never use them. They cause so much stress; I really hate them. They’re honestly the worst delivery company.
The worst delivery company ever!!! I would give the zero. They were supposed to deliver an item from Zara. They changed delivery status 10 times and finally when I called Zara and they followed up, this TForce company changed the status to ‘delivered’ with the previous day date!!! No pictures, no proof of delivery. Liars! Shame on you! I am sure my order has been stolen! When I inquired shipment, they gave me vague replies. INCOMPETENCE on Another level. TForce has had my package for over 2 weeks for a simple Richmond-to-Surrey local delivery. No updates, no accountability, zero help from customer service. A total nightmare—avoid this company at all costs.
