Worst courier experience ever.... says in my shipping details from Best buy that December 3 is delivery day and its already 5 days and product still not receive. Terrible courier service and no one is answering in their Edmonton office.
Very bad experience. Staff is too lazy and takes 8 hours to unload. I suggest don’t come here.
Absolutely terrible customer service. No organization, no effort. One delivery they tried to make me drive across the city to meet the driver on the road instead of delivering to my home. The second they lost. The third was such a long drawn out nightmare I don’t even have time to recount it here. Stay away, they don’t deserve your business.
