Junaid delivered a package from Staples today. It came earlier than expected so I hadn't opened the gate at our rural property yet. He tried to message me but I missed the text so he came in through the gate and delivered to my front door which was excellent. I was home so took my parcel in shortly after, great service!
I have a lost package, when I called them the man said they never refund or fix lost packages and I need to call the shipper. He said you can wait 24hrs and see. It's already been 2 weeks that they were supposed to have it and he's giving the runaround and telling me to call the shipper. DHL has confirmed it cleared customs from USA and was waiting ready for them. They are only ones now and they do nothing. This company has a contract with DHL for ebay shippments and ebay has it's own guarantee so I don't think they care and... read more
Aman K provided 10/10 customer service for me. He called me to let me know my package was at the door and needed my signature. I was unfortunately not home so wouldn’t have received my package until the following week since they would have had to come back for signature. Aman called me back to let me know he would be around the area where I was working and could delivery it same day to my work. He planned his day to deliver it the minute I got off work to made it convenient for me. Aman provided a 10/10 experience for me!!!
This is the worst company in my life, it is impossible to receive any package through them.
