I’ve been a member of this bank for 7+ years- and I have had nothing but great service… great communication…
I don't understand how people have bad reviews of this bank. Definitely operator error! I opened two accounts at this bank over 2 years ago and have had the best service and care imaginable. Every time I walk into the 8th street location (this is the location I go to) the employees and security guard say hello. I say hello back - maybe that's where operator error starts. I've been with TFNB since 2020 and even though I've lived in Michigan for the last 2 years, I still keep my account here. They have always been helpful and friendly, even with me being out of state. Especially today when I had a situation that, without their help, would have been a complete and absolute pain to try to handle from here. Highly recommend this bank!

How about if you're not going to be open on Saturday mornings you don't have it listed online as open and also stating your hours as open when called so that people aren't driving around town from location to location trying to find the supposedly open bank
