I've been with TFNB since 2020 and even though I've lived in Michigan for the last 2 years, I still keep my account here. They have always been helpful and friendly, even with me being out of state. Especially today when I had a situation that, without their help, would have been a complete and absolute pain to try to handle from here. Highly recommend this bank!

How about if you're not going to be open on Saturday mornings you don't have it listed online as open and also stating your hours as open when called so that people aren't driving around town from location to location trying to find the supposedly open bank

I went in to open a different bank account and was denied service. My prior visit, I was accompanied by a friend. He is Vietnamese. He is disabled. He was unable to speak with the TFNB staff due to this and the obvious language barrier. DUH. So I, myself, can not open a bank account. They requesting HIS papers. He does NOT want a bank account!!
