We got a new machine yesterday and David LeBlanc and Josh put it in and taught us a class and it was super great. Please give them a raise. They did a great job.

We had to wait days for someone to come out. The tech ordered the wrong parts and that set us back another week. When they finally came out to fix it with the correct parts, they didn’t tighten the belt and it stopped working again. We called and they did not return our call. We had to call again and another week went by. Our ice cream machine was down for weeks waiting for them to get it together. This is for the baton rogue market since our tech Allis is from there Wasn’t an option to choose BR She was incredibly thorough Very knowledgeable, showed me what she was doing and never once tried to over talk my head Which a lot of repair companies try to do If I need repairs again I definitely would like to have Allie back to service any of our equipment She was a nice change to work with Where others start to piss me off for not listening
