What a horrible bank. It gives me a headache every time I try to call them. Always gives me a run around and never connects me to an operator. They try to make you contact them online. Is it so hard to just answer the PHONE!!! I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone. If you want to save your self a headache don’t open an account here. I can’t make any online purchases or cashapp my son. Won’t let me make a Zelle account. Just so many things are wrong with this bank.
