No help, I won't recommend this bank apparently there is a restriction to used your debit card on how many times I can swipe the card. I never got this information when I first sign up I've never had an issue with a bank on how many times I can used my card for purchases I didn't even reach the 20 swipes how they they I did.
Consuelo was very courteous and professional. Before I came to this branch! I was at the Stanton location where the receptionist and representative were rude and very unprofessional. I waited for 45 minutes and didn’t not get helped, even when I kept on asking the how long it was going to take, then this young man walked in and one os the representatives was walking towards me but decided to help him ands not me.
Very knowledgeable and professional. Workers name conuelo. Accessible I like the financial hub, the good think is that you've made it easier for me and it's different from all banks. I do my transaction faster than ever!!
