Terrible bank, not helpful and does not make sense for the customer. This bank and its employees are flawed. DO NOT BANK HERE.
Most inconvenient bank I’ve ever used. Always without fail my automated online payments stop due to what ever unknown reason. Racking up late fees and probably messing with my credit. Now I gotta call them and fix it once again
