Raiz is a great place to have all of your financial needs met. Joe Battle is my closest and favorite branch, but they are all great with excellent member service. Love my Credit Union and the innovation they are bringing to El Paso with new financial capabilities!
Way too many issues to even name! I’ve been a member since it was tfcu with the brown color logo! So I’ve seen the decline of support and now you can’t even spend your money on simple needs cause you are blocked. They don’t even have a 24 hour support line online or phone! So if you get an actual fraud alert. Good luck cause the numbers are no where. Call and it’s say please call back during busy hours, so then you have to do a roundabout way to get someone on the phone, I am getting ready to close my account and go to Wells... read more
