We were very pleased with the service we received in this place, this was our first experience with Raiz.
When inside to withdraw some emergency cash for my daughter who was at the mall. I had forgotten my debit card at home that day. I stopped at this location since it was the closest to my work. Both ladies I dealt with were great. I wish all businesses had great customer service like they do here.
This bank is a joke!!!!! What a mess of a bank. If u need help u get connected to a call center and they don’t know what they are doing. I got hung up on 2 times and the 3rd time the guy doesn’t know what he is doing. Wow. They call themselves a bank!!!! It’s a joke…..
Very helpful and kind staff that went out of their way to help us.
