Home refinance/equity loans go smoothly until the date you sign! We can't seem to get ahold of anyone regarding our loan. Do your self a favor and stay away from Raiz.
I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication after signing my new mortgage loan. It’s been over a month, and the accounts that were supposed to be consolidated remain unpaid. My new mortgage payment is now due, and because of the delay, I’m being put in a position where I may be forced to pay double. Despite multiple calls and emails to Cesar and Sandra.
