As a member since the 80’s, I can say Raíz is a bank we can trust, they don’t charge for services that other banks do, everybody is attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for your service!
We came into the Raiz Branch on Golden Key to resolve an issue with our account and Eve was very patient, helpful and professional in handling our issues. She too all the time needed to answer all of our many questions and provided us with the resources to take care of our future needs. She is definitely an asset to Raiz.
If I had the option to give zero stars, I would. Went in to open an account and was given attitude instead. The female helping us literally told us that they were busy in the back and couldn't get us out of there fast enough. If this is how they handle their customers, I don't want to know how they'd handle my money. I'd advise others not to come to this branch either
We were very pleased with the service we received in this place, this was our first experience with Raiz.
