Giving you a 1 star for Canpsr poor service on deliverys
My company had used TF for shipping a parcel. Unfortunately the ship to address was confused by someone and the item never got to its destination. I called to have it retrieved and even though this item had been delivered to the wrong spot and had a signature and all that Dave and his team leader John had it back to me in under an hour! That happened between 8am and 9am today! I'm still like' trying to figure out how they did it. They were super friendly too. It was like' the best experience. Well done guys!
